1. The Joe Duncan Group is the primary holding company for all Joe Duncan’s humanitarian, public service and global leadership, life development programs and initiatives. JDG manages the roll out of Joe Duncan’s work on the ground in over 130+ Countries every day.
2. The Joe Duncan Group develops and deploys life tools, essential life support services, educational systems and life operating systems to people, community groups, schools, businesses and organisations all over the world. JDG manages the deployment of life tools and life support services through a number of entities, vessels and programs – with the mission of giving access to these vital life building and life-saving tools to every person on our planet regardless of geographical location, educational ability, background, belief system, economic situation or culture.
3. Our primary activity is the research and development of social science based technology for human beings, life systems, the deployment of essential life tools (education) and fundamentally solving our most pressing human and societal issues efficiently, effectively and with urgency.
JDG is first and foremost involved in the development of human life (people), the advancement of our life systems for the benefit of humanity and the development of our world – building a better future for all in a practical way.
Current Structure
The Joe Duncan Group is an Australian owned and operated organization.
Currently JDG operates as a PTY LTD Company.
The current structure of the main holding company (JDG) is first and foremost in place to ensure that all projects, initiatives, programs, humanitarian or public service work can be developed inhouse and deployed at speed from one single source. These projects and programs in almost all cases are rolled out through various entities, groups, programs, brands, I.P (Intellectual Property) and platforms that JDG either manage or own.
Depending on the outcome of any one project or roll out – JDG may choose to create a separate entity that allows a project or initiative to be spun off into a community group, non-profit organization, open source project, private or public company or whichever vessel is most effective for the specific mission at hand or objective we are trying to achieve.
Up to this point (As of July 1, 2024) JDG has acted for the most part as a non-profit organization (in nature) to ensure that all funds invested, received, borrowed, gifted or generated from revenue goes back into the development of projects that directly benefit humanity, advances our society and creates a better world and better quality of life for citizens of our world.
As of July 1, 2024 The Joe Duncan Group PTY LTD Structure and entity has fulfilled its original objectives and key research responsibilities for stage one (S1) of Joe Duncan’s 30 year plan for Humanity (Which began publicly in 2014). Heading into 2025 and the second stage (S2) of Joe Duncan’s Global development program JDG may look at other operating structures to allow for greater funding and collaboration globally or potentially creating new entities that are able to achieve core objectives and outcomes sooner – rather than later.
Any executive decisions on the future operating structure of JDG and all its key deployment assets will be made in Q4 2024 or in Q1 2025 – as per our planned global restructuring program.
Current Status as of July 1, 2024
JDG along with all it’s core assets, projects and programs are in the process of evaluation and re-structuring.
This cycle of re-structuring originally began at the end of 2019 (at the end of the decade) and was part of our program to introduce all new systems, programs, solutions and projects to the world based on our first ten (10) years of operations in the field and on the ground. As well as our significant research into improving the lives of people and the development of life systems to create better societal and civilization based outcomes for all.
Our original Generation 1 (Gen 1.0) model and roll out was tremendously successful both from a research standpoint but more so from an uptake point of view – having been able to reach over 1 Billion people in our first 10 year cycle with limited funding and running a limited roll out program. In early 2020, Joe Duncan made the difficult decision to step back from his primary and public duties to focus on analyzing the key research and data gained by JDG over the last decade and invest his time in developing all new life systems, the next generation of life tools and new global operations.
The original plan was to roll out our Gen 2.0 program in early 2022 – However looking at the rapidly changing landscape of the world and the challenges that people all over the world are experiencing on multiple levels. It was decided to delay our roll out until after the U.S Federal Election in November 2024 and continue working on new strategies, approaches and the development vital projects that our world and our people need right now.
Currently we are investing significant time and resources into building more efficient and cost-effective systems and looking into all viable open-source options – to help people from all nations to get more involved with life Systems Building (LSB), nation building and world building. We believe it is an 8 Billion person hands on Job to build our world and much of that process starts with how we build our people and the tools we give them to develop themselves and develop their skills – So that they can be involved in the greatest transformation of our time.
At this stage we are looking to roll out our Gen 2.0 Global Development and Global Deployment plan in early 2025. All significant decisions regarding key assets, vessels, projects, programs and entities will be made in Q4 2024 and into Q1 2025. These decisions and changes will be made public and we will allow all people to participate in the process of helping us build out our Gen 2.0 Program.
